Wow! Congratulations on creating a huge success out of a small kitchen. The memories will go with you, and just think how many more people you’ll teach to bake. Before your videos, my oven was for storage. I didn’t even use it for a pizza, because I lived a few blocks from an amazing pizza parlor. Now, I comfortably use alternative ingredients if I’m out of something, and don’t want to go to the store. I even receive requests to bring snickerdoodles to gatherings, where I had always been asked to just bring napkins, because I could barely crack an egg. I wish your next chapter is filled with even more success, and of course plenty of joy and happiness.

I've never been this happy about someone else moving to a new home. I mean truly, since I've been priced out of the housing market, I get annoyed and bitter when someone tells me they just bought a house. You do what you have to to make things work...you have done a great job. I must tell you that I lived in a 320 sq. ft. cabin for 16 years and I made so many wedding and birthday cakes... also full Christmas and Thanksgiving meals for my husband and 3 adult children. My kitchen was way smaller than yours. I had to set up a table in the living room for extra space and the living room was very small also. I have recently moved to a bigger home...but not huge. So it will be easier to make cakes, goodies and meals. I look forward to your videos in the new kitchen. So happy for you.
