when you are actually watching ashley's video, it feels like reading an open diary. every videos of her are wonderfully created, genuinely inspiring and very personal. she also reminds in her video(s) that every woman is unique and beautiful, and she light-heartedly discuss about culture, sex, norms, standards and stereotypes in both social media and in the society in general which is rarely talked about. I think in this vlog she makes an exceptionally good case for her editing and videography skills. I can't remember if you've ever mentioned something about therapy, but I highly, highly, highly recommend that being something you consider when you've settled down! It's a very difficult thing to get used to, and there's a huge stigma with therapy, but therapy (in combination with meds and other things for me) has really, really helped!!!
