I'm moving in a month again, and life is so crazy. I've moved to another country to a dorm, then my own little room, then sharing with boyfriend and now our own flat (in London everyone shares as rent is expensive so this is such a big deal). Watching her move made me so emotional. This is how I feel, especially as after the first move all other ones were without my family who I always had for every big event. Doing it all on your own, leaving your little space and being independent is just so crazy. You get attached to such stupid things and it's so heartwarming to watch this. I hope everyone reading takes the plunge and tries living somewhere far, even if it's for a year. It changes you in such a good way!

Most people are not comfortable sharing their anxiety or moments of sadness with the world and the paths they take to find themselves. I find her content refreshing because she is so open and honest.

Dear Ashley, The first time I watched this video, I had just graduated from college and was 6 months into my first job in a new town in the UK. Recently, I've gotten an exciting new opportunity to work in a completely different continent and country. I found myself coming back to this video, and found it comforting to see someone else going through the same emotions and logistics (lmao love inventory and stress packing) as I am currently. I'm also in the position where I have to sell my first car, and my logical brain knows how absurd it is to be attached to a chunk of metal, but I can't stop crying it's absolutely insane lol. It's always rose tinted glasses when you look back, but is that a bad thing? Leaving the place that helped you learn so much about yourself is a ridiculously bittersweet feeling, but there's a new challenge, new life, and new experience ahead. Anyway, I wanted mainly to express how much this vlog comforted me, and made me feel like my *WRITHING PIT OF EMOTIONS* was valid and I'm not crazy for feeling so teary about this move.
