I don't know why everyone is complaining about the camera angles. I don't come here for MGM production value, I come here for the workout routine, diet advice, and intensity techniques. Thanks Rob Riches you're an inspiration and I appreciate these frequent uploads. Also 1 question - I have military neck and I heard you mention the small muscles in the upper neck take strain from exercises such as the Bradford Press. Is there anything I can do (neck placement, certain lifts) to alleviate this?

Rob I recently have picked up on all your workout vedios...n they are all just awesome. .cayse your workout is awesome. But however I just have one thing to say that the camera man has focused too much on your face n muscle and has completely ignored the positioning of the legs. For all those new guys who wanna learn exercises can't really make it how to take the position and which machine is in use. Please help with that. Totally superlike your efforts amd fitness is hatts off ;-)

Rob, I can see you are working very hard.. great job. May i suggest you catch your breath after a set before trying to talk on camera. I know that would affect your workout, but it would also make for a better video. Another idea is to not try to talk during your workout but instead edit in the talking over the video at a later time.

Rob, I have the highest respect for you, your demeanor, and politeness. But for the love of all us fans, give the camera man some feedback. Maybe you are taking close shots to be considerate of other gym users, I couldn't say. But please let us view from abit further back so we can appreciate your form and get a better understanding of how to improve our own. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Keep up the good work

Rob, first off...LOVE the workouts and the videos. I ordered RIPPED this past Monday but can't get anyone at TruePerformance to respond to my requests inquiring about when it will be delivered. If there a number I could call? I can't find one on the site so I've sent 2 requests via the contact form. Thanks and thanks for the workouts! Jason

Thats what the warm up is for in the beginning. Stretching actually diminishes his stregnth before hitting heavy. Yet you are right he should at least stretch mildly. Then again it's still realy time comsuming in a sense. That being said I'm sure he stretches in his spare time gets massages and all that good stuff so that he doesn't injure himself during heavy workouts.

camera man if you read this, i dont hate you i love the fact that you film rob and try to capture him as good as possible. but for the guys that are interrested in the form rob is training in and dont like that the camera is moving everywhere. maybe you can try to hold the camera steady and not to zoom in that much. thnx ;)

@Sayed Jowhary 'what kind of protein should I take' .... What kind of protein should I take... Lol! For starters protein replenishes, it doesn't enhance your training in order for you to workout the same as Rob you need knowledge, patients and determination.. And I think the question you were meant to ask is "what type of supplement(s) should I take in order for me to work towards training like you."

I think it's a bit of a challenge to get good footage without including everyone else in the gym. A lot of people don't want to be filmed and they're trying to be respectful. The result is alot of moving around. I think the camera operator is doing a pretty good job myself.

What is shown in the video, that is bodily development and workout volume is definitely possible without steroids. With steroids, your repair and recovery will improve a lot to allow greater and faster muscle growth. As can be seen, you can workout hard with or without steroids. With steroids, your results will be greater, thats all. Also, the more muscle you grow, the more conditioned your body becomes, the longer you can workout, steroids or no steroids.

No hate just sayen to cameramen: 1. Show the weights just for 3seconds or so just that we get a hang what RR lifts for warmup and worksets etc, than zoom out to show the full body that the viewer can see the form of RR and than in this case show the contraction in the legs etc that the viewer knows that RR is actually working etc ...

Proportionality. He doesnt want them huge, he wants them in proportion with his body as he is a model. Doesnt matter how hard if you train if you dont purposely have enough nutrition to want your muscle to hypertrophy even more, they arent going to get bigger.

whatever you're paying the cameraman - it's too damn high. force him to watch your older videos, some stuff from olympia competitors ( road to Olympia) or just hold it yourself. if you put it on a bench and had only 1 angle, it would be a better end result. still good lifts on this session. keep it up.
