Hi Glenn, I really enjoyed your video ! At 48 year and moving like this it is really motivates me. I have 3 healthy daugtsers and a son , 16 year old with Duchenne, is allready on wheelchair, love him só much ! A big hug from Portugal!

Thanks for sharing, I have Becker Muscular Dystrophy. I'm lucky I'm still able to walk still with a cane but do see things changing for me. My back is starting to be effected more, I do push myself but yes I know it may not allow me to walk sooner than later.
