I think all areas have a quiet parts of you walk away from the station! But some relaxing areas with cute cafes are Jingumae, Aoyama, Daikanyama, Nakameguro, Hiroo!

Hi! I grew up speaking Japanese at home which definitely helped. I can imagine the language barrier being quite high here...🥲
