I don’t know what your labor rate is Mason but you should be charging more. the equipment and ability you possess along with the dedication to the trade as well the prior generation is retiring and dying and leaving more work to less of us.

My labor rate is not extreme. I charge enough to pay my bills and cover expenses. I truly working. I don't have the best tooling, but what I have works. I like going to a site for a repair and seeing another opportunity where I can say that I can fix that too. My problem is that unfortunately time is not a tool I own.
