Garrett took a hiatus from getting any more surgery, due to some complications surrounding his lips, which he temporarily lost the feeling in. Garret told Truly: “I had a lip filler addiction. I was spending around $2,000 a month getting my lips done. They were absolutely huge." Now he’s changed his mind, and there’s one particular body part he wants to get work on. Garrett has always dreamed of having a bigger butt, and his home workouts and air squats aren’t doing the job. Today, he has a consultation lined up as he takes a closer step to fulfilling his wish. Garrett has a slim physique and has been warned there are added risks - so will his doctor give him the answer he wants?!

It's better to improve health now by working out vs improving it later due to surgery or recovery complications. Quick fixes are not always good fixes , all this does is improve the image of his physical self. Surgery is dangerous and once you're in recovery period you're still at risk of complications or implant rejection. Even minimal heavy weighted exercise would help him gain weight, he already had lip filler addiction he should consider giving regular means of body improvement a real chance because he might develop plastic surgery addiction due to his past with lip fillers

No it won't. Absolutely no amount of protein and exercise is going to give a naturally skinny person like him a butt the same size as a 350 or 500 cc implant. Diet and exercise is important but it's important to be realistic about what exercise can actually achieve.

Exactly. Our brains are not fully developed until 25. Literally cosmetic plastic surgery should NOT be allowed until then. I think there should be a cap for it. Once reached that’s it nothing else. Just the maintain portion of those existing procedures. A international data base should be made and every client getting this done, no matter where in the world should be entered into it . So once the surgeon inputs the clients info , the data base automatically pops up with all the procedures that client has and can alert the Dr.

I cannot comment this, thatswhy here a secret Hungarian classic cottage cheese dumplings recipe is: ingridients: 50 dkg cottage cheese 2 eggs 2 tbsp granulated sugar 10 dkg of semolina zest of 1 lemon a pinch of salt bread crumbs oil powdered sugar and sour cream for serving Beat the two eggs until until they are light and frothy, then add the other ingredients. Then, form balls from the dough with wet hands and cook them in hot (but not boiling!) water until they rise to the top. Meanwhile, fry the bread crumbs in oil and then roll the cooked dumplings in the fried crumbs. Serve with powdered sugar and sour cream.

So many resources, time and energy are dumped into so many activities like that in a 'first world' country. So,the advancement that civilization is supposed to bring to those living in its system is not that great, judging by these specimens, because there's an army of industries and professions that need to cater to these types of activities. So, they're pretty much back to square one in terms of reaping the primary benefits of an advanced civilization, which is to have less time dedicated to hard work just to exist, so that more free time can be dedicated to more worthy pursuits. Like reading books, attending philosophy classes, enjoying or practicing art and creativity, spending time with family and loved ones..

This person fall into the highest group for committing suicide. After they go through all of these body/gender modifications they learn that they can NEVER go back to what they were when they started. A Medical Doctor (medical Deviants psychologist lingo) will do any procedure as long as the client can pay for it. Military members lose a person every 22 minutes, but PID (personal Identification disorder) lose their lives even at a faster rate. I never saw any mention of mandatory psychologist interview before any medical procedure can be completed. This person will lose his life to his illness before he is even grown up.
