THESE THREE best friends have spent a whopping $500K so they can be known as the 'walking clickbait'. Mateo Blanco, Skittles, and Rudy V, who call themselves the "fem boys of LA", say that their lifestyle is so crazy that no one could keep up with them. Skittles said: "On a night out of town, we don't have no limit. And if it's a turn-up, it's a turn-up." Mateo Blanco added: "And I don't think we ever actually checked the receipt. We're just like, here's the card, swipe it." Following their individual Hooked On The Look episodes, the trio besties watched their socials being flooded with new followers as well as trolls. "I love hate comments, like they give me life," the boys claimed. "Some of these guys are actually like really crazy funny. The more they comment, the more I'm in the algorithms."

It's difficult to explain my thoughts on this, but I think but what people don't seem to consider is that they're not modifying themselves while thinking about our social norms, they are completely changing their look to something unatural and not commonly seen, they are the product. They know what they are getting themselves into, with the abuse they get from the general public and online, you don't spend 400k without thinking it through. Their look reminds me a bit of well established trends in fashion with the club kids of the 1980s and people like Leigh Bowery. I remember one of those ken doll guys saying he wanted to look non-human or otherwordly.
