A cluttered workbench is the sign of a great, creative mind.

@@stephenemerson9890 I like this sentiment! I fight daily with my other bench and this one sure becomes a catch all.

There's something so satisfying about straightening up our work spaces, organizing and decluttering. I think it's good for the mind and helps be more creative. I personally hate clutter so I habitually do this regularly but I'm sure that's not the reality for most folks. So, it's nice to see your thought process and watch you gradually get organized. Thanks for sharing this video with us and all the best to you. I'd like to share one of my favorite quotes. "It's not the pace that matters, as long as you are moving in the right direction."

@@faceup5 I'm glad you are enjoying the journey. I love the quote! I think my ADHD makes me easily overwhelmed and I am prone to just doing a basic clean. This time using KZbin it's making it a more creative process so I can stick with it. I'll have to show my carving room, that tends to be more organized although always covered in wood chips! My quote for facing big challenges is "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time". Sound pretty similar!?

Nice work!! What a difference between the before and the after. Question : why not put retractable castors under the workbench? I've done that with mine recently and consider this one of the best upgrades of mij workshop so far. Keep up the good work.

@@jorgleenaards6108 Great question. I had castors when it was in my basement. I wanted it to be a permanent cornerstone now and also I wanted to try and build a foldable work surface. Spoiler alert! I love it!!
