I relate so much! I’ve been rewatching the older videos cause I can’t get used to the new cast members. They just feel so stale and I miss the episodes where everyone would get together and play games 😢

It’s funny cuz there was quite a bit of hate for kyeonghwan when came on lol, but now people seem to include him as part of the “old” cast. Will be interesting to see if the same happens for the new people

Jong Kook's workouts aren't meant for the weak. Can be done but with little rest. Give props to anyone who can do his workouts

@@Manusia.satu1 What he does isn't difficult. It's the little rest he doesn't provide. Not to say it's wrong, he believes that pushing you is the best recipe for success. He pushes you until the brink of rep failure. By the end you'll either be pleased with him or feel like shit lol

@@Manusia.satu1 You right, I'm not a body builder but one can be but everyone works differently. That's why I said not everyone can do what he does. It can be done in a different way same results but slower pace

I disagree, I watch most of his video. The only reason why it's difficult for most it's because he teach the right poster and is strick about it. He even most often hold the muscles of a his work out partner to indicate to the partner that the specific muscle should be the area to the flexed and feel burned. Most people especially the ones who works out often with weights do it wrong in terms of posture, and in the long run injure their joints and neck stiffness which will cause long-term physical issue. He is actually generous in this one. 20 Kilo for each arms should be nothing for this guy especially because he can do many push ups But when done with the right posture, he seems to struggle.

Quite a while didn't watch this show cause our KOOKIE didn't appear on this show quite a while… 12:16+12:32 xD this scene feel like watching GYM JONG KOOK xDD but just he treat this Hyung more gentle patiently :) in MLOB our KOOKIE with old members interaction chemistry always looks fun warm at the same time be like old friends❤🐯🔥

The chemistry between taksama and jongkook is amazing. I think jongkook really like taksama and vice versa. I can tell from the way jongkook treat taksama with so much love. Please make another show include Kim Heechul, jongkook, and taksama. That would be so fun❤

I thought I was alone in disliking the new casts. Seungsoo is so uninteresting but yet he's in almost every episode. I love the old casts esp tak jaehoon, heechul, jin hyuk and (won hee + seok yong )

Either he really doesn't have any interesting scene to be record or the pd just want to give other new cast screentime... But, Lee Sangmin keep appears every weeks... I'm also watch this show because of Jongkook but sometimes I'm lost interest in this show since Jongkook rarely appears... Nowadays, Jongkook is just like part timer in this show...

Hurting??? That's what you called trained... When first time being train, he needs to know how much the person can do... That's why he keep pushing them... Then he will know what to do next...
