Great video! My story is pretty much similar to yours. I was worried about thinning locs and edges and that prevented me from getting locs. Last Friday I finally started the process myself. I still have to get used to them but it's cool. Thank you for sharing your story.

I just started my locs union on 12/1/16. I have thin hair as well and I feared getting locs but with youtube and support from those I know with locs I will make. Thanks for sharing

oh my goodness, I totally understand the initial shock of locks. haha "like a 2 year old little boy" Check out my loc journey video (I started with braids and i though the initial phase made me look malnourished haha!)

After speaking with my loctician, I was informed that they can be cut without any unraveling, however, once she washed my hair, they shrunk back up.
