My Locs are bunching

Okay,the crunching made me nervous pulling the bunching locs

Bunching is part of the process..

The issue with bunching is the ends when mature become so fat that it is hard to pull through. It does not allow the loc to have the uniform shape. When establishing it is best to go as close to the ends and as tight to help prevent bunching so later there are no issues.

@@nuloxxyes! As someone who self reties, bunching has been the most discouraging part when it comes to doing my hair. It is extremely painful to pull through. Now what I do is pull them apart slightly then palm roll the ends that way it’s thinner and easier to pull through the hair when interlocking. I have to say as my hair is locking more and more bunching is less and less.

I pull it then use instalock tool to make my locks more uniform

🤣😆 that is how it goes at times… just like our children. Baby, toddler, preteen, teen and adults. lol, our locs go through all the stages.
