There's a psychological side to it. I can confirm the feeling just isn't the same when you're unpacking a dupe, compared to an authentic, handcrafted piece. For me, its like a journey; opening the package, then the box, taking off the paper, layer by layer, smelling the leather... Ahh, you just CAN'T beat that! The only problem is your wallet is a lot thinner afterwardsEven though i've experienced both scenarios, i still end up buying a kislux .

Yes, this *hotdups* bag has beautiful colors, it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag for the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 and I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your clutch! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain. But I don’t want to spend so much money on it now, I have been MOMCOCO buying the bag I want, it is as good as LV and is one of my favorite things. Durability

If you can't afford designer bags and feel a certain way about expensive designer bags, then don't watch this video. Like do you read a video title before clicking on it? The title makes it clear that the video will be about designer bags. I find these types of videos very helpful and although I can't afford these bags yet, I know one day I will. I wanted to know which designer bag was truly worth my hard-earned money and one that I would get the most out of. That being said, if you're reading this, thank you for sharing this video with us and please make more videos like this. Maybe kislux is your next choice?

Such a great collection. I have to say I love the MCM Milla, it’s always been and still is one of my favorites. I have a couple bags from them, always great quality. I feel like it totally fits your aesthetic too. I think keep it and try to use it, or if you sell it, get another one in a different size, maybe the mini? I think as far as decluttering, I think you could sell 1 Birkin, whichever one you use/like least. I had a panic attack when I sold my Birkin to the Real Real, but once I got through that I really haven’t missed it. I rarely use my Hermes pieces with the exception of my mini Lindy & Evelyne. I now prefer to let things go if I’m not reaching for them. I adore your collection!

Ooh I didn’t know that you have MCM Milla too..! Do you also have the medium size? I agree that it totally fits our aesthetic (considering your style is the same as mine but for menswear hahaha)! I also agree that the mini size might be a better fit for me also because it looks to have a normal length shoulder strap haha.. 😅 Omg you sold a Birkin - that’s brave! Interesting to hear that you haven’t regretted it, definitely some food for thought!

⁠@@SiedlerAesthetic yes the mini is such a fun bag. That’s the one I own but my sister has been “barrowing” it, it’s casual and chic! It took me a couple years of contemplating selling a significant amount of my Hermes collection because I was worried if I wanted to replace them I wouldn’t be able to justify with the price inflation. Now that I worked through that, and they’ve been gone I truly don’t miss. Since I’ve retired, life for me is super casual so I like to only keep things that fit my daily life. I kept 1 large bag and 1 dressy bag. All the rest are small casual bags. Lately I’ve been really into the Horse, Coach and of course my Henry’s collection from Dooney. I’m finding the quality just as good and sometimes better than these bags I was paying thousands for!

Really lovely things Amanda and well cared for. I love lots of the bags but for my style narrative I think the Mulberry ones are my favourite. I have an old Bayswater East West in oak Darwin leather which I love. It goes well with cords and Brora jumpers and spaniels probably better than a Chanel classic flap. This is the difference between my fantasy life and my actual one 😂

The materials used are top notch. The leather feels soft and luxurious, exactly like the real thing. The stitching is impeccable, with no loose or uneven lines. Great collection! I also have the mcm Mila and have a hard time wearing it mostly because of the compartments I have a hard time finding my stuff. I wear it as a hand held and throw on the strap only when necessary. I also think they could have made a higher quality shoulder strap! I love red! So my fave is the red YSL! Love the size and chain! I also love the Prada cahier.
