Another issue was that in California everybody builds with wood and wood burns but if you notice all the fireplaces in foundations are still intact because they’re made out of cement and also steel frame structures are still standing so yeah when I buy my land, I’m planning to build a BARENDOMENNIUM in America and acement block home on the beach in GHANA. I think wood is used more for hotter areas of the world.. the spacing of the wood allows heat to escape.. which means cheaper bills for ac.. I don’t think, I might be wrong but I dont think it has anything to do with earthquakes

Homes are made in America and other places according to the climate. Not all homes should be built with bricks or steel structures because the cost to build the structure may exceed the vale of the property once its built. Everything is calculated before the home is built including the value of the home in the area. In other countries they like GHANA the home values aren't the same as in America because the building materials and Cops aren't the same.

But the crazy part is that Malibu has a fire literally almost every year. They have landslides almost every year except this time it’s just was way bigger, but I’ve never understood why they allow people to build up there because the same thing happens every year just like there’s hurricanes and tornadoes every year and people keep rebuilding in cities and states that have floods tornadoes hurricaneslike clockwork.
