No we would watch her make the recipe if you put the recipe in the description. I watch several channels that always put their recipes in the description. The making of the recipe is the reason to watch the channel. The recipe in the description is icing on the cake.
@Jewpurple2 ай бұрын
Mawmaw is such a Godly woman. I love listening to her stories too. There Cory goes with his negative thoughts…”I am not going to put recipe in description because you won’t watch video”…is this just all about the money to you…did you ever think it may help some of your viewers that may not know how to take a screen shot or that it may be easier for some people to read in description that may have trouble with handwriting.. I thought you were doing this because you love your viewers, and not just the money. I do appreciate the videos because it includes so much and not just cooking, but Godly everyday living. Sometimes I think the younger generations have a lot to learn from older generations.
@DL-xo7fn2 ай бұрын
I was wondering why the bell pepper & spaghetti video disappeared but now I think I know!. I had asked if he could put it below the video which is normally where everyone puts it so we can find all food ingredients etc. for the recipes being made in the video. Oh man, God Bless and I like maw maw but I'm gone from here now. I see who and what's it all about now.
@sherrywilliams4092 ай бұрын
@@Jewpurple I agree with you on this subject. I watch so many cooking channels bc I like watching the actual cooking of the recipe. But they are very organized with showing the ingredients and the amounts of each one. This channel isn’t like that at all. They just don’t have it together. It’s VERY unorganized. And they don’t have the recipe in the description. I think that helps so many people. I know it keeps me coming back. One channel that’s above all the rest is “Come Sit at my Table!” They are fantastic! Here it does seem to be all about the $$$! EVERY video they spend a good deal of time pushing their cookbook which is very small and the cost is $30. I know they pay shipping but I would prefer the money being in the content of the cookbook. Corey has a whole lot to learn and he shouldn’t leave Grandma out of that knowledge. She needs to know a lot of what he knows too. She can do it. She just needs to have more confidence in herself.
@sherrywilliams4092 ай бұрын
@@DL-xo7fn grandma also constantly makes viewers aware that she had nothing before they started doing KZbin videos. Such as casserole dishes, pots and pans, kitchen gadgets etc. They depend on the charity of viewers to send them money cards, ingredients for recipes, small kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, dishes etc. They feed seven or eight people in their home off the backs of their viewers. Have you noticed the amount of food she cooks in one recipe. It’s much larger than usual. And Grandma says ain’t God great bc he blesses them with all these people sending them all this stuff that feeds her household. It comes across as we are needy will you help us. And yes I believe that God blesses us. But I don’t want to constantly appear needy to entice people to send me what I need. They probably make a great deal of money from the KZbin videos. I don’t mind helping people but I also don’t like constantly feel like I’m being asked in a round about way.

I'm so sorry for this difficult and extremely serious situation your husband is now dealing with. And it deeply affects you, too. Anger is a normal stage of grief, so hopefully, you can be supportive and find help to get you both through this . If you find strength in prayer, find a support group you can go to for that because sometimes praying alone still feels solitary. I wish you peace and strength during these hard months ahead❤
