The item that you thought was for TV remote or recliner is actually a potholder for both hands.to take pans of the stove or out of the oven. You slip a hand in each side and lift hot kettles. That came with the bookmarks to put in cards you send people. Corey can pick out a bookmark for he and Kim. Mamaw one for Papaw and Richard and Sandy. Love you all. Nice birthday gifts

Mamaw you are like me I love pretty dishes, pots and pans I go to a local thrift store and I have a hard time resisting buying things I have been buying things and giving them to my daughter in laws The thrift store is run by a church and they use the money they make to buy groceries for people in need

Corey, Hey darlin. Just to let you know, diabetics can eat potatoes. Yellow potatoes and it should be a medium or small size. They monitor their blood sugar everyday. My husband when he gets one, has a baked medium size, and a tiny bit of butter. I have been balancing his diet for many years. Moderation in everything. When my husband was tol, he felt the world just died. I studied alot and he can have anything in small mounts and no second helpings. If he has a day that his sugar is moving a little bit up then we adjust for it. Its a balance game. Like a tee-ter-tot-ter.
