Hello di kya menstrual cup ko buy karne se pehle, private area ko finger daal kar check karna jaruri hai kya uski height, yaa finger ki jagah koi aur option nahi hai kya

Nahi iski zarurat nahi hai. Agar pehli baar use kar rahe ho to aap Small size le lo.

Aap pee safe ka try karo...wo under 300 mil jayega. Unmarried adults ke liye small/medium hi hota hai. Bas difference ye hai ki Small cup jaldi fill ho jayega. Medium cup thoda zada time me fill hoga. Agar small use karoge to within 5-6 hours change karna hoga. Medium size aaram se 8-10 hours chal jaata hai. Paisa waste nahi hoga. First time maine bhi small hi khareeda tha but abhi mai medium size use karti hun. Aap bhi Medium Size Lelo, small rehne do.
