Don't worry Jack. We're here to support you! Many have gone through dark moments of our lives where theres anxiety, depression , sadness all the time so we understand. Take your time. It's important that you face it now and resolve it fully before taking the next step in your life. There will be hard times where you struggle but remember that you are not going to be stuck in this dark tunnel forever, you are just going through it

Jack, I commend you for taking the time to talk about this with all of us. You may think you need to explain yourself to us but you don’t have to. We (your fans) will be here to support you with or without you being present on social media. I have dealt with depression & anxiety since I was a teenager and as I get older, I’ve dealt with it in different ways... some ways better than others. It becomes a vicious cycle at times and can consume your life. But you taking time to work on your mental health is EXACTLY what you should be doing. I’m so incredibly proud of you for taking time for yourself and looking for ways to feel better mentally and physically. Thank you for your sharing your experiences, all of which are experiences I’ve felt myself. It’s actually nice hearing that I’m not alone and a lot of other people have felt the same way as I do. You’re so amazing and still so young. You’ve accomplished so much more than the average person in your career you should be very proud of everything you have done. I’m 7 yrs older than you & wish I was as successful as you are. You make me smile & I love you even more now. When you’re ready to make more fun videos, we will be here to support you. Love you Jack

I genuinely don’t understand why people go back to see what people said on social media or other platforms and use that to “destroy” a person’s reputation. It really doesn’t make sense. People grow and change. What would happen if you see someone like trump and how he is now, controversial and polarizing, and we go back to see what he has done or maybe could have done 10 years ago, what if that stuff he did was amazing or just good. People don’t choose to see the good, they love seeing the bad and it’s disappointing. I haven’t followed jack for a while but i know that he has changed from a 15 year old KID to a what, 22 , year old ADULT. This crap has to stop. People need to stop looking at the past and move on and see how the person has grown. People need to stop worrying about others and only worry about themselves, and them trying to grow not others. Jack this was very helpful, I know for sure you helped at least one person, me.

All you can really do is cherish each day and be honest with your children and hopefully it brings them some sort of peace when the time comes. Trust that you’ll always be with them, have them film you all together to look back on, voice recordings they can listen back on, pictures. Whatever they can to help your memory stay with them. @anu835 жыл бұрын
When you find the right person, therapy is awesome. You feel that you have a person that is really on your side and neutral. That person does not shame you or judge you. You take day at a time and take your time. Healing takes time and don't try to think that you need to feel awesome and "normal" (what is normal anyways) right away. If you read your comments....there are a lot of people here for you and understand what you are explaining in your video. And one good advice from my therapist that I am going to tell you Jack and everyone reading this comment is that do something that you enjoy (or enjoyed at one point) everyday. For example reading, listening to music, etc.

I totally understand. I really appreciate your honesty. Jack this is important, so many young men commit suicide the numbers are insane, it’s the biggest killer of men under 40. The reason for this is that they don’t speak, they try and be strong. By opening up honestly you may well be saving someone’s life. That’s amazing. You’re amazing. I’m not a fan of yours, I came across this video my mistake ... But I am a fan now. Take care. I appreciate you speaking so honestly.

all I want to do is go through the computer to give you a hug!! it broke my heart when you were asking us to forgive you for "slacking off." People truly underestimate how hard the life of a youtuber is (speaking as a non-youtuber). It's like you're not allowed to have times where you need to be off social media and take care of yourself without having to give an explanation. We love you so much Jack, and we are so proud of you for getting the help you need. I actually couldn't believe they removed for that tweet, I guarantee if you scrolled back through half of the other celebs social media to as far back as then, they would have posted all sorts too. But the fact you were so young and that was just the language back in the day, i found it so unfair for you. I can see how all of this has caused you such stress and as someone who struggles with anxiety and depression honestly hope you start to feel more yourself again soon. Thanks for opening up Jack, so many people are rooting for you no matter how many times you think you've 'let them down', they're still their for you, we all have to let people down to prioritise our own mental health sometimes.

Well done Jack! Such a brave move to be honest and open up and tell everyone how you are feeling. It’s ok to not always feel that great. Such a good way to use your platform. It’s good to show and to share feelings that aren’t considered “normal” and something that has been a bit of a tabu subject before. But seeing others go through darker and and thougher periods mentally does make it easier to cope with for many, definitelt did for me. It doesn’t make you feel like the odd one out. Hope you will feel better soon! ♥️

Jack, you take all the time you need, we will always be here for you, I understand the anxiety attacks, I've always had them bc of traumatic events that happened during my childhood/teen, but now with my last semester of uni and all the stress that comes with: "OMG what if I fail this class, what if this teacher thinks I'm not good enough and fails me, what am I going to say to my family, what am I gonna do?" My anxiety went to the roof and beyond, it went so bad that I couldn't sleep, I couldn't focus. Now I'm on medication bc that's the only way I'm able to focus and literally function. Just know that you are not alone, all of this will pass, and you already did the most important and hard step: look for help! I love you, and everything is going to be okay

I’m here. We’re here. No need to worry you can talk to us about anything we support you we love you we care for you. There is no need to explain things it’s okay we all need a break we all need to have time to our self. But it’s okay to open up it’s the best advice. Because it’s better to talk to someone about it and it feels nice and better to talk to someone about on how you feel. You will get through this trust me. We are your family and we care about you a lot. We are your fans and I am still annoyed about I’m a celeb, because I heard there was this one person who was being racist through our all the season and that person was to stay. I don’t agree with I’m a celeb but don’t worry it’s okay. Because it’s in the pass your we’re young and you didn’t understand on how wrong it is but we all make mistakes I’ve made so many mistakes but we have to forget about it, I’m a celeb was out of order for kicking you off for being a 15 year old. Your 24 so it was quite a long time ago so there is no need to worry. I understand on how you feel so it’s okay. Some days we feel great and happy and so confident but then some people take those things from you. Okay I know I’m really rambling but it’s okay no need to worry. I know you might be so disconnected from social media which is a great thing to do! Thank you for sharing your story with us, I’m starting to get depressed so this video really helped me to know there’s more people having mental health issues. Thank you Jack hope you get better xx

more or less most of this year I've been in the same situation as you, it's so hard. I've only just started getting back in to work. For me it's all been about being way more mindful than I've ever been, consistently, and keep being brave - do something small and scary every day, only way to build up confidence again.

this is the most beautiful video i’ve ever seen🥺♥️ someone who is so exposed to the public eye using their platform to talk about their own experiences with mental health is the strongest thing anyone could possibly do♥️ get well soon jack x

Jack I know everyone goes thru different mental health issues but can relate.Im currently seeing a phycologist as I've got depression and anxiety.its got much worse since losing my gran to the point that I'm anxious all the time, couldn't sleep, feel sick and tired also.Put on antidepressants and thankfully that's helping me sleep.no need to apologize for anything jack.Just get yourself better.Me you and everyone who's going thru mental health will get thru it 💕.I'm so happy I ain't going thru this on my own that someone goes thru similar to what I do.Sending you love ur way ♥️

It's ok. Literally every other person struggles with some kind of mental disorder. I have anxiety myself. I support you. I thought what happened back then was blown out of proportion so much btw.

Well done you. Admitting to yourself you need help is the biggest, hardest step along with talking to others..inside our head is a very comfortable place to be and having to physically say our worries and problems aloud is such a daunting thing, so well done you it takes so much for you to do this. Massive love to you, make sure you are ready and when you are when you and only you decide this, you’ll be set
