does the reduce engine oil message comes on often? I am currently having prob with mine but mine message comes and goes and when checking it on a still surface it says "engine level OK".

Nope. no message after getting it done right at the dealership. From what I understand. The dip stick sensor is super sensitive. could just be half a quart over. The oil might be expanding when hot. Reason why you're getting the message. I would take it in for an oil change at a Mercedes-Benz Dealership, If i were you.

An independent dealer is the reason why the oil change was not done to spec. I would take it to Mercedes-Benz dealership.
