Good on you Sharon. The more people who speak out, the better. Listening to you on the radio, I would never have picked it, but then these days my friends would say the same thing about me. I have lived with depression for years now but it's finally under control and my life is great. While I have experienced days like you described and it's soul destroying, these days they are few and far between. 1 in 5 experience depression at some point in their lives. Communication and understanding are the key. Well done for speaking out.

Lots of respect for sharing your story. As someone who has been there myself, I can see and feel the emotion in your voice, that it takes to share something so personal. Good on you girl xxx

What you've done in this video is so good. People don't recover from mental health problems, or don't ask for help because so often they are afraid of the reaction or what people will think. And when I say "people" I mean you, and me, and statistically at least every fifth person you pass on the street. Your video brought me to tears. There is so much hope out there.

There is simply too much judgement these days. Shazza this is easily the coolest, most powerful video I've seen in a long time. Good on you for making it! :D
