The reason she didn't ask for compensation from the mistress was because she didn't have proof. It was quicker to get him to pay the $10,000 and sign the divorce papers. Plus quickly leave them to their up coming problems.

I really enjoyed the story and thank you for sharing it. Without proof of her husband having an affair it was easier to get him to pay the $10,000. Not only that she knew that they were going to have financial problems between them because no one knew how to handle or budget money, and what happened they came to her for help. I would have turned them down too. Karma is a real witch 😂😂!!

So this is a general comment for anybody who wants to read it. Lot of the stories say my in-laws started moving into the house. I want to know where did they get the keys and the access to the house in the first place? Why are people giving their in-laws their sets of keys? Why aren’t they calling the police when the in-laws voluntarily move into the home? If I had done this to my husband’s family, they would have kicked my butt because first of all I didn’t ask and second of all I wasn’t welcome to stay there unequivocally and expect that they would welcome me with open arms and just say “make yourself at home “would never have happened “I just don’t understand why people are standing still for this happening to them and just bellyache about it. Do something call the police. Move their stuff out drive it down the road and dump it in the ditch, do what you Gotta do, but don’t let them move in and say oh where they moved into my house and I never said they could, blah blah blah. Take action. Don’t stand for it, unless these stories are fake as I suspect, there must be something a person can do, even if they’re hauling the stuff in as you speak. I would never tolerate this, and I can’t believe that people do. So take action or be quiet.
