Congrats on baby number 2. After your last video and the impact of a 10-month non-sleeper, I thought your son might be an only child. You've got this!

Having watched Matt’s videos for years this feels like a more intimate insight, he opens with showing us how happy he is about his table with wheels. If that’s not Dad energy I don’t know what is. Matt if you see this, I hope you’re well!

What a time to be alive, he has to justify explain every single move he made for his workplace which is free from screaming babies, i just feel guilty feeling in his voice which again its what the social pressures make us feel. Constant explaining of why he needs a quiet place! As if people who work in an office have their wives and kids around them 24/7 😂 its just a workplace and im sure if Nat wants to get away she can just go chill there as well

This is your workplace. It’s just like going to work everyday. You can’t really stay at your home, as your home is a place for your family. The previous set up made you stop working. And we are glad that you are back. You need to sustain the monetary value of your channel, which is for your family. This is where you do the best! I am a mom of 5, and I support your endeavors! Hugs to Nathalie for being so supportive likewise.

Loving this cosy and homely video to kick off 2025. This multi-purpose place/studio is SO cool👏And huge congrats on the exciting news!!💛 The sofa bed is brilliant. You can consider to add a bamboo mattress topper when family is visiting and then store it in a vacuum bag when not needed. It makes a huge difference in comfort. No idea why I felt the need to make this suggestion, haha but here you go 😅

DISCLAIMER: This is a long comment. “Your specific knowledge is the knowledge that you care about. It’s the knowledge that makes you excited. It’s the thing you do that others find hard, but you find easy.” ~Naval Ravikant When I first stumbled upon your channel a few years ago, I was struck by the aesthetic of your space. Whether you were in the States or Australia (I’ll set aside Airbnbs, as I don’t know how much control you had over those interiors), it was always spacious, simple, and inviting. Initially, I thought you were an interior designer by trade. But now I know you aren’t-though I must say, you have a natural flair for it. From your new home to this new studio, I’ve always been delighted by your attention to detail and your obsession with making a space both pleasing to the eye and functional. I think this sensibility has even influenced the aesthetic of your KZbin thumbnails and videos. Perhaps your wife is the one behind the decorating. Whoever it is, I hope you consider venturing into interior design outside of KZbin. You have a gift that isn’t given to many. Maybe THIS is the sign that 2025 brings you. 😉 ~From one dad to another Note: the only thing I wasn't fan of was the “dark room.”

Congratulations on the new baby! I am following you for quite some time as I am a fan of minimalist living myself and I was curious to see how you handle this while also being a new parent. I am a father of two kids myself, and minimalism is not something you would think of when seeing our house just because I am alone in this style of living :)). My man cave however, or... studio is as simple as yours and it's the only thing that keeps me from going mental. :)) I am curious though how the rest of the house is during a normal day for you guys and if you ever get frustrated that you can't keep up with the cleaning process. I ocasionally find myself cleaning too much and relaxing too little which kind of defeats the purpose of minimalism.
