IMPORTANT 05:22 On OEM headers this modification is not necessary. The kit comes with an adapter to fit the Jetex on the OEM exhaust. My Golf has non-OEM headers that prevented the JETEX from fitting.

Really like your Golf. It reminds me just how good these cars were in thier day. I might have to get one for myself one day. Your dads BMW also reminds me why I hate modern cars. Way too complex and way too much plastic on the engines. I know, I'm a grumpy old git but I miss the days of being able to repair rather than having to buy a big lump of car because one small part has worn or broken.

Christmas came early for Memphis. The new exhaust system on the Golf sounds great to me and finally getting the 640i sorted is awesome. But if you’re an idiot for taking the whole assembly off, I must be an amoeba 😜. And the Saab’s coming along nicely. I really hope this channel will give you everything you want. As an avid viewer I think your future here is guaranteed 👍👌

Cheers from Greece! It is really strange to see a US spec VW Golf in Europe with those huge bumpers and the word Rabbit at the rear with a little rabbit as a logo! It is so cute and funny. The BMW is really huge and although it looks like a spaceship I don't like it at all. Way too complex and expensive and you are so disconnected from the mechanical parts when driving it that looses all the fun and adventure no matter the horsepower. The SAAB is unique and I am really glad that you show details and views of the repair procedures of all of the cars and explain step by step! Helps a lot us in our poor European corner that we are doomed to deal with old junk cars in order to move from A to B place and need repairs all the time. No money for brand new cars for most of us here. Keep up and good luck with merch...

When ordering parts for a vehicle it's best to supply the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of the car to the supplier, then there should be no issue about when (month-year) the car is build and registered. Very nice video (again)!

You should use exhaust paste on joints where are not used any gaskets. It will hold when new, but starts to leak when expands by heat and metal rust.

You should open a P.O. box. Watching you push the piston into place with pliers on the BMW reminded me of the piston-compressing tool I have at home. You should let us send you tools and things. I think people would watch it.

On the el brake, you could just use a 9V battery or 12V derect on the motor. If its not going right way you can just switch + and - and it will go the otherway :)

Helemaal oke zo,n langere episode !!!

i'm having an issue with the drivetrain in my e28 and even the bentley is not clear on the solution. does anyone know what the mounting of the diff/final drive case is on the front side? i know there is a large, single mount at the back of the case but i believe my issue is in the front. i'm going to replace the big one in the back, but would rather have all of the parts on hand before i take it all apart. yes, i checked the forums, which say the front mount needs to be replaced but i can not find such a part. does the case just hard mount to the subframe on the front (driveshaft) side? thanks for any help, anyone.
