My modified Kawasaki KLE500

What i did to my Kawasaki in the last 3 weeks.
Flat White Sprayplast
Mini H3 Fog Lamps
2x 12V Sockets
Powerbronze Windshield
Ufo Plast Enduro Frontfender
Gray Indicators

Your modification looks alot better. The original stocked bike really had an ugly look to it but your new fender has made a huge difference.

Die Gegend gesehen und gleich gedacht des schaut irgendwie steirisch aus... Wie weit kommst du mit 'nem Tank? Hätte die sonst welche Probleme? Wäre grad am Kaufen und es müsste der Vergaser gemacht werden und eine menge Schrauben in der Verkleidung fehlen. Scheppert die wirklich so oder gehen die Schrauben leicht raus? Wäre ein bissl zerlempertes schwarzes 2005er Modell. Cooles Teil! Ist der Lenker original?

The Fender is from my local ENDURO Shop. Its a UFO Plastics PA01013-041 I mounted it with 2 Clamps on the lower fork bridge.

WOW dude!!!! You made an excelent job there! Kle is one of my favourite bikes! Question, some people are complaining about the seat, they say its tiring for the rider. Do you have any issues?

Sorry. Dont have the recipt anymore. Bought it on Amazon. Its the 30% tint model for the 94 to 96 KLE500.

Hey , :) I know youre video is from two years ago but i would like to know how you installed the enduro Fender.

I mounted it with 2 U-shapped Clamps on the lower fork bridge. Drilld 4 Holes in the Fender and used some Washer to hold it all together.

Nope, Radiator works fine. Did a 500 km trip with it with no issues.
