I really enjoy the way these videos are done. No annoying music, no commentary, and a perfect speed to see the process without getting bored. Well done.

Nice Job, with a couple of caveats. May I ask, did all the bearing caps go back onto the journals they came from? also the head bolts the same? the faces and bolt threads "bed in" to each other in use Not a good idea to lever open machined faces with a screwdriver and finally I have NEVER seen a mechanic torque down a bearing cap when the others are not fitted and tightened down so far? Inviting trouble doing it your way, Oh and I think th carbs need tuning?

It does look this way. No surfaces were prepped for gaskets to seal properly,no bearings were replaced even though they are clearly worn. I hope the pistons and rings are replaced(can't really tell) he at least installed new chains, new clutch disks and cleaned the valves...

Does no one "run in" newly re built engines anymore? I know Japanese bikes are different to the British bikes I am used to but reving an engine with new bearings and rings in is asking for trouble IMHO! They need to bed in to the surrounding metal!!

Decent video but I would like to advise You to use torque wrench when tightening camshaft caps/journals as torque is a part of overall clearence for cams. Otherwise the may wear out to soon or you can loose some oil pressure.

ive said it before and will again you do nice work sir! watching the teardown and reassembly of this 2 cyl ohv 4 stroke all i can really think of is the engineer worked too hard so many bearings shafts and chains to fail and wear just on the timing side of things a trip to the russian design beauro might be in order for theese guys lol .thanks for the video
