Tasha always starts her combat phase asking who has flying. If you have flying she will kill it then attack you. I've learned this lesson too many times.

I believe the 2nd edition is when Tasha's Uncontrollable Hideous Laughter first made debut. 2nd level Enchantment, save or suck if I recall. Fail, and the victim laughs like tweaker Janice from Friends for the duration (maybe got a save per round to resist). You don't do much else either.
