It’s amazing to see how much progress you’ve made this year, Leila! We’ve actually been hitting similar milestones in 2024, although I’m in my late 30s. I think it just shows how much of an influence you’ve had on my financial journey! Congrats!! 🎉

I want to go back and watch your previous versions of this but I love having milestones and completion dates. That’s exactly what I needed to see today as I continue on my financial journey so this video was perfectly timed! Thanks Leila and keep up the good content, I’m a new fan but really enjoy your conversational way you present yourself in your videos.

This is the first video of yours I’ve seen and I LOVE IT! Total respect for all the work I know goes into tracking your progress like this. Doing the same myself. Great job!

Great video, I myself just become debt free and I am so close to saving 3 months worth of expenses in my emergency fund… I know I can save 20k plus if only I can’t get my food spending under control … cause I want to start my IRA next year

Do you have a “sinking fund” explaination video? I really respect you ❤ I just have savings that funds future needs/wants. My sister has very specific allocations. Her home improvement is based on bonuses. She was super sad they didn’t replace her kitchen counter tops when the bonus was withheld but they went on to spend a month in Ireland because their vacation fund allowed it.

Love it. What amount in your emergency fund would make you 'feel good?'

Thank you! Honestly I feel pretty good with $15K! But $30K+ would be nice!

Let's all hope $20k is enough for a reasonable car in 2035.

If it's a second or 3rd hand and she also sells her current car , she will have enough to buy a good car for maybe less than 40K . Life is just getting more and more expensive
