Nice strat with those catas in the beginning, Shanks! I would maybe tweak it a little bit. Build just 4-5 catas, keep them in the base and micro them more. Like the one shot that you shot in front of the running uruks. But aiming only on the full battalions. You would probably shoot down most of the incomming army and towers would take care of the rest. You would loose wouldn't need that much money, so you could reach Witch King and trolls faster. I don't have it tested, but it is an idea. :) Love your videos! Especially these challenges! 👏 1vs7, you vs insane AI and so on. :)

Honestly a fun challenge i did awhile back against max enemy ai’s with rohan peasants and heroes only in 2.22 and it was ungodly hard lmao

I do not hink the 2.2 AI is different, it's the units that are balanced out and the AI has more resourses so it feels that they are stronger.

Great game! So the AI in 2.22 is harder because it's smarter or because it has more resources? I used to play on this patch and yesterday I got 2.22 and got obliterated by the hard AI😅😅

Ai is cheating more and is a bit smarter too in 2.22

I think ai is buffed hp and damage for the campaign to make it more challenging. This caused ai in skirmish have the same bonuses.

As Gondor I have won against seven hard Mordor/Isengard in the same team on Rhun, patch 2.22. But I can’t do the same playing as Rohan, peasants not as good as soldiers early game. I would love to see you try to win that.

Lmao mate isengard is by far the easiest faction for shanks, guy is a legit top tier isengard player and even if he wasn’t, the isengard combined troopers can butcher anything in bmfe if leveled up. Mordor is so weak because realistically it has absolutely terrible units for defense, great for spam and late game but not cheap and you NEED map control to actually be able to sustain which was pretty clearly shown in this video. The good factions are WAY easier to defend with lmao gondor is actually stupidly easy whereas rohan is blatantly the best faction and absolutely no update has EVER changed that
