When I'm on my period, I need the heating pad on my back so it helps to have a pillow underneath. They have these small cylinder shaped pillows you can get (maybe even a decorative one) & place it right underneath the arch. Helps me soooo much

A good way to sleep for an achey back, is sleep with a pillow between your legs! Or if you lay on your back, prop your legs up. On your belly, prop your legs up as well or place a pillow underneath you on your pelvic area. I have an absolutely terrible back so I’m full of tips lol

I think its kinda weird that all these brands are coming out with blue light blocker technology in foundation and other stuff because they say its bad for you then this skin care devise has blue light it kinda is contradicting so is blue light good for you or not..humm but it is a pretty cool little device .😘

LED light therapy isn't bad for your skin, wether it's blue, white, green, red. it's different from you phone because you are not shinning it in your eyes, it is on your skin
