Dental student here :) it's better to use listerine before you brush so that you don't get rid of all of the fluoride from the toothpaste. I get cavities easily as well and this has helped!

@@meepmoop2308 if you do that, waiting closer to thirty (or as long as possible) would probably be ideal so the fluoride can get a chance to work! You can also use a mouth wash with fluoride immediately after you brush

Hi. Also a dentistry student here! Its interesting your point of view, but I have a question: as far as I know, its better to use it after brushing, otherwise the chlorhexidine only hits the surface of the bacterial plaque (and not the deeper layers) and does nothing to the teeth. What do you think?

Isi one tip is to do body scrubs, body wash and soap prior to cleaning lady bits. Because if you clean down there before, all the other products run down with fragrance. So do your body, lady bits, then feet lastly. Love your videos🤍

Really I never considered that, I personally like to do my lady parts first because I wash my hands with antibacterial soap prior to washing down there and I do it first because I don’t wanna risk fragrances from the wash mixing with my honey pot

The intro to this video was pure QUALITY 🤌🏾. I literally said "OK Isimeme 2.0 ain't playing with us today" out loud! We see you sis coming for our necks! I definitely brush for 3-5 minutes. I walk around the house while brushing. I just started using an exfoliating bath cloth that I got from Target and I love it so much. Pair that with the Vaseline body oil (that you put me on to...thx) and I am silky smooth, yes buttery soft! And I love that a little bit of the oil goes a long way. I use about a quarter sized amount for my entire body. I'd love to see your the collective haul and #nightynight

Love this. 2 tips please please find and add a spf/sunscreen to your face as a last step for daytime. I've been wearing sunscreen since I was a teen. I'm 46 almost 47 and nobody believes it when I tell them. And for your fragrance...don't rub let it dry down on its own...it breaks down when u do that. You'll definitely notice a difference in performance. As always TFS 😘

"MISSHA essence sun Milk" is good. Last 4/5 months I've been loving "Hello Sunday the one that's a serum" vegan/cruelty free -all SPF 45+, reapplied after 2hrs if out in sun

I brush for 2 minutes and mouthwash for 1 minute with listerine only. My dentist told me I had to use an electric toothbrush (one with a charger) because others don’t clean effectively. I get a out of the dentist clean with my Philips sonicare. It’s timed for 2 minutes and shuts off.

I floss then brush my teeth for 2mins before I use a tongue brush, using an electric toothbrush is a game changer! Oral b have pretty affordable types, you just have to change the brush heads every 3 months. I hope you use sunscreen school isi, dark spots creams or even products you use won’t work if you’re not protecting your face and body from the sun. Love from Nigeria ❤️

Add subscreen! One thing I learned is that sunscreen is important every day of the year. I live in the Chicago land area and even though its winter now I still throw on a small dose of sun screen. I use the Black girl sunscreen (NO WHITE CRAP ON YOUR FACE) . My dad says I always look oily after lol BUUUUUT I know I'm keeping my face safe!. And with you using dark spot creams it's even more important to finish with sunscreen if you're going out. Dark spots get darker as well as the rest of your face.
