ORAL HYGIENE TIP (that I got from a dentist): floss first, then mouthwash, then brush. Only use alcohol-based mouthwash a couple of times a week or once a week because it’s stripping AND your mouth has its own important natural flora and killing it can cause other health problems. It has changed the game for me because I have overly acidic saliva. Hope this helps someone out there ♥️

a little heads up about the mouthwash. using an alcohol based mouthwash after you brush your teeth can cause further enamel damage. the alcohol is meant to kill any bacteria in your mouth and using it before brushing would be more beneficial. if you still want the extra freshness, use an alcohol-free mouthwash since those tend to add back properties to prevent cavities, gum disease, etc... and it isn't going to strip your teeth of the fluoride that was just brushed on. hope this helps!

I would recommend watching Dr Dray. She debunks the myth about aluminum in deodorants. Also would recommend a cleansing oil or balm to remove makeup, because the wipes can be incredibly wasteful especially if you use them everyday! If you want, the double-cleansing method (oil based cleanser + water-based cleanser) is a game changer to really get your skin clean! I don't know if you've ever tried it, but Target carries the Flamingo Deep Nourishing Cream and it smells so good and it'll make your skin so soft! It's like $10.

At my dollar tree they had the arm and hammer baby foaming soap... Fragrance free etc. Very impressed for mine and my daughter's feminine care. And a very large bottle... I was going to grab more to stock up but the bottle is so big it will last a while. Anyway not sure if it's all dollar tree stores but thought I'd share the deal. I also purchased a small bottle of the castile green tea and love it as well for fem care. Very gentle.

I have braces and have always had excellent oral hygiene but to avoid cavities my ortho and dentist suggested using the purple listerine that has fluoride. Also dipping the floss or picks in the mouthwashe before flossing helps 💖

As far as the sugar scrub you can make your own! I just use brown sugar, honey, and olive oil and your skin will thank you! You don’t have to spend all that money on that bottle.

Make sure you use soft brown sugar! The coarse one with big grains can be damagingly abrasive

For the dr bronners soap, the peppermint scent is actually fine to use down around there because the cooling effect it leaves isn’t actually burning the hooha people just assume it is. It’s just the mint in it that gives it the cooling effect. I’ve never had any problems with it and if anything it has made mine even healthier and helped with any sort of smell one could have!

Yes I’ve been telling all my girls about using baby oil and mixing it with your favorite scented lotion! Omg smelling delicious all day. I mean turning heads good! I use the Aloe Vera baby oil. All except the Coconut oil was to thick for my liking. Coconut oil doesn’t make my skin feel buttery smooth. The Aloe Vera Baby oil works best for me! You can use your favorite oil

I would recommend using Secret gel deodorant (specifically cocoa butter) or Dove cucumber deodorant cause they have some nice pleasant and light smells but they work and they don't mess with the perfume, soap, or body mist scent. Also I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who opens stuff in stores to smell it

The difference with both Sol de Janeiro creams is: the bum bum has caffeine if I’m not mistaken to help tone the skin and it does have like a bit of mild shimmer, my best way to describe the smell is that it is a buttery scent... and the pink one has an AHA in it to help exfoliate so make sure to follow with a sunscreen, more of a fruity sweet smell :3 hope this helps

I use the pink one on my darker areas (I.e. underarm and inner thighs) really helps lighten it and it's easy to cover if venturing into sun.

For the tongue scraper I use a stainless steel one that basically lasts me a lifetime all i need is some soap and warm water to clean it and since it isn’t porous it will not grow mold or bacteria plus it’s better for the environment than one time use scrapers so all in all a good purchase would definitely recommend I got it from Amazon btw

Its weird how much sunscreen has been trending a lot in the last 2 years but before no one ever mentioned it unless you were going to the beach or pool and we’re going to be in direct sunlight for long periods of time. It seems fishy to me. As if they are just trying to profit off women who want to stay looking young.
