Great video! It was really insightful to hear about your most expensive bags and your honest reflections on whether you'd buy them again. I found the contrast between the items you'd repurchase and those you wouldn't particularly interesting, especially your thoughts on the Clooney MM and the Dior Camp. It’s so true that sometimes what draws us in at first might not always translate into long-term satisfaction. Great video, Gene! I knew the ones you would buy again. The Book Tote is fabulous, it’s easy to see that it’s a favorite for good reason. I am slowing down with big purchases, too. Maybe I will get one more luxury bag this year, but gone are the days where it’s going to be several at a whim.

Yes, I am surprised you don't have a Side Trunk. I love the orange Goyard, too. If they come out with a leather Speedy 25 in orange I will be doomed. I think I'm safe though size they did it in the 40 (or 50) but only for super VIPs.

Thanks for sharing. I just bought my most expensive bag...the Dior D-Joy small size in lilac. I have also been looking at the book totes, thanks to you. When in the Dior boutique, the SA told me the large was too big for me! I had not even told her how I wanted to use it. Guess she assumed I wanted it as a handbag. I wanted it for travel. Ha. The large is great for travel, IMO. It holds a lot, looks great and fits under the seat. I love the D-Joy. It's such a beautiful bag.

Yes. When you add it all up it's jawdropping. I am in love with your new Speedy. You have a great collection. Crazy that the Speedy is more than the Petite Malle, Lady Dior's and the Capucines. Are you going to do a review of that bag?

Hi Gene great video yes it’s not fun to look back at receipts and see what we pay for these things we love but I feel if you weigh out the enjoyment and functionality their worth every penny love seeing your collection little at a time I love the Clooney but I feel the same way with my Kelly’s the flap and clouchette get on my freaking nerves.💚💚💚💚

I would suffer through it with the Kelly. LOL. That's still perhaps my dream bag - 30 or 35 in sellier, a lightish blue color.

That is the big question. I've tried desperately to find a strap that works/matches. It would definitely be a game changer. It's just a little too short.
