11:23 completely agree with mum, I prefer plain glass, and nothing that obstructs light. I plan to replace my thick framed door with sliding class doors that having nothing on them

The room is beautiful, but I completely understand your mothers view, I have a fountain pond in my backyard & will get an enclosed patio. The windows your mom have obstruct the backyard view, they usually put 2 large picture windows or large panel windows that don't have some many lines that obstruct the view, I get it. Habiba u decorated it beautifully giving me ideas, your family did a great job helping her . Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas to u and your family 🎉🎄

@@Kenton-Habiba I can say, Habiba, that as one gets older, one has less time to suffer foolishness. Her wanting rhe family to set up the room, though incomplete, indicated her restlessness to get things done. Your mom, I believe, won't be 100% relaxed in that space until HER sunroom, though pleasant--has the windows (and chandelier) to her specs. Happy Vlogmas.

GloriaFriend2U: Hi Habiba, "L❤VED" Your Mom's sunroom is so beautifully decorated, y'all did a great job with the makeover & she is very happy about that. I'm so just sorry the people didn't fix her windows the way she asked from the beginning. I wonder what language did the contractor speak & how much english could they or he understand? One thing about it, they had no problem understanding about the cost, that was understood very clearly. Lordy, hope they get it right. Enjoyed the vlog.

At this point in mamas life give her what she wants. The plexiglass is not good it turns yellow and u won't get that shine when u clean it over time. Glass is the way to go! Hope everything works out Barbara.

That might not be plexiglass like back in the day. There are so many improvements in the type of substances that plastic glass is made of in today’s construction industry . For that price for the entire job l doubt that plastic glass is going to turn yellow. Getting warranties are the thing for not the entire job but the individual products you select . Trust me Ms Barbara Ann seems to know what she wants and she’ll handle that. She’s on it l’m sure.😁

Dear Habiba. Since you are at an age where you have acquired much wisdom. I think you should also talk to us young women about how and where to find a good husband. As an African we are hardly taught how to find good husbands and it's even worse when we live alone in the diaspora. Not only is it good content but it's a huge need in today's black society. You and your husband seem so happy, we also want the same, but the quality of men out in these streets is so terrible. As we speak my husband has been having a 6 month affair and I have a 3 yr old. Just imagine. I get divorced and can't afford to remarry another narcissist. Anyway hope you are well❤
