Beautiful! It’s the turkey. Each time I ate some last year, I was fast asleep soon afterwards lol. I only had a little dressing and vegetables with it, so there wasn’t a lot of carbs. It was 🛌 time😊

I have watched the show it was fun. I love that the parent actually put their child's choice 1st before theirs, while choosing a partner. It also shows that there is a special/friendly bound bwt the parent and the child. Which is different from a typical Nigerian home setting. I think the show will help parents think outside the" box" and also accept the new "norm" of being a friend and a parent in different circumstances.

Yes you are right, Kenton, Khalid ( son #1) and Mariam are left handed. I think my father is also left handed but his culture required him to use his right hand. My brothers are also left handed but Karim ( son #2), my mother & I are right handed.

I think that is truly amazing their are 11 in my family 7 boys which 2 of them have passed away and 4 girls my youngest sister is the 11th child and she is left handed and her penman ship is amazing every one else is right handed both my parents were left handed as well 🙏🏽❤️

Nice table setting. I LOVE WEGMANS grocery stores thanks to my daughter. I always thought that they were expensive when in fact, they're not. Your Nana is beautiful lady! Wow Habiba, you and your mom are two gorgeous women!! You are a mixture of both mom and dad!

Hi nice looking meal. I like sweet potato pie better than pumpkin pie also. I made 2 sweet potatoes pies (I don't really celebrate holidays now especially Christmas after learning the truth about few holidays especially Christmas, Valentine etc.). But I made a small meal like 2 days before Thanksgiving mainly so my son would have nice, cooked meal since he was off for 4 days and he works so hard. but we don't really do holidays anymore. I did not put as much sugar in the pies as the usual recipe, but it tasted so good still with the less sugar added. I remember my mom making at least 6-8 pies for thanksgiving meals & Christmas sometimes more of course she would share them with friends, family members and they went fast. I miss my mom and dad they both cooked really well every holiday our home would be full of guest invited and many not invited but welcomed. everyone loved my parents cooking oh how many people couldn't wait till Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter come around just to have nice big, delicious meal they would rush over to get a plate. Yes, I was left doing the dishes, cleaning I didn't mind because my mom and dad cooked so, my mom would be in the kitchen for 2-3 days preparing the meals.
