Station to Station is one of my favorite Bowie albums. And the title song is probably my favorite Bowie song. I have the 2017 reissue/remaster which sounds pretty good.

Nice to hear a shout out for Kathleen Edwards....and that record is fantastic, could be her best although one of those artists that is consistently brilliant so impossible to choose....Would love that on vinyl but probably out of reach now...cheers from the UK

Nice one Tim! Sounds like a phenomenal record show, one that's growing too. I'm hoping for something in my area take root. Don't think twice about multiple copies/pressings of favorites. I myself have 11 copies of Trilogy by Emerson Lake and Palmer (it's an addictive thing this record collecting). Always enjoy your content - Cheers from Central California!

Haha, I feel ya man.. I'm bad at the multiple copies thing - Been on a big The Who kick lately and am up to 4 different pressings of Tommy, and maybe about to be 5, if I go for a Classic pressing I'm eyeing up. Lol Nice pickups! I'm slacking big time on the Bowie pressings. 😅

Strangely enough, I used to enjoy record shows, but since I opened my store back in 2019, I have no desire to attend any, as a buyer or seller. I much prefer the more relaxed vibe of an intimate record store.

Great video. So great you saw Steve. I'm new to the VC and he was the first person to subscribe and give me a shout out. Love his channel. Great Bowie albums. I love The Next Day! I just subbed to your channel. If you're a Lynyrd Skynyrd fan, I dropped a deep dive video on them today. Cheers

Tim, glad you made it home in time for the Lions, what an awesome game! Would you do the Sunday show again or go back to doing the Saturday show. I will let you know when I head up to Fort Collins. Weekends work the best for you. It will be interesting to hear your thoughts on The Clash, I have both UK and US press but have not compared them. I loved the guy from Albuquerque on the third floor. He was great

Hi Steve, I probably prefer the excitement of getting early access on Saturday but I thought it was much easier/less crowds to elbow your way into the bins on Sunday

Hey it looks like I’m going to be going to the show in springs…. Is it common to take a few records that are of decent value $50-70 to use as a trade? Or is that not a thing. Thanks

I think it is common, just have to find the right vendor in the mood to deal. 👍🏻

Nice video. I'm looking for a good copy of Empyrean Isles too! The two reissues I've owned (BN75 and BNC) are underwhelming. Don't really want to pay for a MM, so still on the hunt for a 70s pressing with that nice turquoise cover.
