I love how chill these videos are! After blowing out my MCL I have been really afraid to try any of the things I used to be able to do but after watching this I feel I really want to get back into things. Thanks for the great videos and the new found inspiration :)

Just start slow! It can be so overwhelming to think of getting back into things as a whole, but step by step is so much easier

The incessant attention to tiny details in gymnastics makes so much more sense when you are supposed to execute the moves on a beam! Haha, and the moves look so pretty!

i'm kinda not surprised because they're definitely really similar, but the ease with which you guys took to each other's preference is seriously impressive. it's a real testament to how good you very clearly are!

This looks like so much fun. I wish I'd done more gymnastics as a kid - I'm sure I'd have been good at it. I'm very good at table traversing and hard caving, but I never really got the hang of the spinning in the air stuff.

I need Gracie to help me get some skills back. I did gymnastics for 7 years, but the mental blocks have returned and I'm scared to do a handstand now when I did like 10 a day with no fear. The fear gets trained out of you. I want to fly again.

Dog, I’m 47 and watching this half thinking, “Dude, if you can still get a 5 minute mile, you could do a few of the more basic gymnastics skills” but then the other part thinks, “Dude, it might not be good to put your ass over your head at 47”. Maybe I should just start with a righteous frolic….

This video was also impressive. Having you two do gymnastics kind of makes it even more apparent to lay people how perfected those gymnast moves have to be. Good job on both sides: having gymnast try out parkour and have you try out gymnastics (again, but still).
