I responded. Check out my installation videos. I have a 3 way mirror and I hung a barbers mirror on the door behind me during my install. I’ve kept it there and I use it for doing my hair all the time now.

Ok for all but what do you eat, drink weekly or what drugs do you use to have long and strong hair, because your hair look strons, smoth and healthy. Because I know that we have to take care of our hair inside before outside isn't it?. I would like to have your own expérience about your balance diet.

I’m a plant strong pescatarian mostly. But thick hair is genetic. My individual strand are very fine though.

I got the book and it was a huge disappointment. The quality of the print was terrible and the pictures are in black and white. Between the poor quality of print and it being in black and white you can not see the detail of hair texture of the models.
