That Indiana Jones game released very late in the life of N64. The Gamecube released less than a year later. So the print run for the game, was fairly low compared to other film franchise licensed games. It was also Blockbuster exclusive.

My cousin has all of my Nintendo stuff, so I broke down and got a modded Japanese 64. I ran to the pawn shop to get a test game, and about crapped my pants when I found this dirt cheap. I believe Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine was a (mostly) blockbuster exclusive, where if you wanted a copy to own instead of rent you needed to buy directly from Lucasarts online store. Also Sin and Punishment is worth adding to any collection, it's a JP exclusive but easy to play without knowing Japanese, and the cutscenes are in English so you can follow the plot as well more or less.

Nice collection. I bought the N64 for my daughter back in 04/05 (she was 9) and loved Yoshi's Island and a lot of the games out on that system. I ended up on a personal quest to collect every game at the time as the system was almost 10 years old then and carts were being given away at yard sales for $1-$5 (except the Mario titles). I probably had 75-80 games, and most of the boxes. I would buy box lots on eBay as well to get a few boxes I didn't have. It was a great collection, along with my Atari 5200 collection. I left the N64 and collection with my daughter when her mom and I split. Her mom ended up basically sold it for pennies basically giving it away and I was so pissed! I would have bought it from her along with the PS2 fat collection with DDR metal dance pads, hard drive, and the works. I had so much stuff pre-2007 that I would still love to have now - not to sell, just to play. Divorce sucks!

Man! I loved those fighting games you have! Another reason for the "not for resale" could be because it was bundled with a console. Also I was a SCARS addict and my mother for Tetrisphere. With that many racing games and you're still missing some good ones there. MRC, V-rally, the first Extreme-G and Roadsters, imo.

Love this video! The N64 was my "first" own videogame console, years after i owned an Atari 7800 as a kid. I was blown away the first time i saw Mario64 in action and i looved Wave Race, 1080, Diddy Kong Racing and Goldeneye so much. And i got some mild spoilers from the Star Wars Pod Racing Game, because it came out a week before the movie :) Great memories.

NC that's a great observation,,,now" the infernal machine"is the ONLY Indiana Jones title on the N64 ,I gather it's collectable status shot up around the time" Kingdom of the Crystal Skull"came out in theaters,,,I love fighting games MK series and so on ,, it's criminal that WARGODs ,,is not in MJRs collection ,,,because the PS version of wargods only works in the debut model of the PSX fact,,not compatible with DualShock-PSX ,,not compatible with Tiny PS-ONE either ,,check for yourself if you don't believe me ,,,but N64 WARGODs works with every N64 across the board,,on top of that it's noticably FASTER than it's PS counterpart,,,,now store resellers ,,some mom n pop resellers are very nice and realistic on prices ,,,but the majority are shady as hell , preaching every title you touch with concern to buy ,as if it's a "Museum Piece" and treating almost every title you bring to trade as if it's yesterday's Toilet Paper ,,resellers few can be nice n good ,most are greedy as F,,,

Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine on the N64 is a wholly improved port of the PC version. The game was exclusively sold on LucasArts website (back in 2000!) and available to rent/purchase used from Blockbuster. That’s it! It was NOT released on any other store shelves, shockingly! I got a used copy of it at Blockbuster for $12 for my birthday back then. Still have it with the box and manual.

I loved Duke Nukem Zero Hour as a 13 year old. The time travel aspect made for cool levels (Victorian England, old west, etc.) and the weapons were cool. Admittedly, the humor hasn't aged well. The control scheme and even half-jank platforming wasn't a problem for those of us raised on Turok.

Two games that immediately spring to mind: 1) Mario Tennis, awesome game, very simple controls which actually enabled an amazing array of shots. As a four player game I think it was only beaten by Goldeneye. I also had a soft spot for Mario Golf. 2) Spacestation Silicon Valley, one of my favourite games from any era, weird puzzles, bouncing your microchip into new animals and discovering their skills... actually, it's an odd one to describe and I think you have to play it to understand it, but it was great fun. Also, honourable mentions to Donkey Kong 64, again brilliant four player action and Pilotwings 64, which was such a wonderfully rewarding experience. Damn, I miss my N64, some of my best gaming moments were on that console... wandering out onto Hyrule field and seeing the size of the world in Zelda: Ocarina of Time, was breathtaking... repeatedly failing to perform a 1080° was frustrating but felt awesome when it finally landed... every single moment of Banjo-Kazooie was a joy. Edit: Scrolling through the comments and saw this brilliant game: Jet Force Gemini! I remember being really excited for it's release, reading all the updates in N64 Magazine and actually going to the game store to wait for it to open... there wasn't a queue lol! Never did that for any other game. I can't believe I forgot about it. Those giant ants exploding when you shot them was so satisfying 😂
