That's my favorite shampoo as well but I also been using African Pride Aloe and Coconut pre poo before washing,it is amazing. I wash my hair every single wash day it's a must. I'm on my healthy hair journey this year. I went to the salon in January ( not dedicated to natural hair) that was my fault. She did flat iron my hair which looked good but she was not a natural hairstylist and she was rough with combing my hair. When my hair reverted back I preepoo, wash, condition, protein treatment ( alphogee brand), deep condition and fixed my split ends which she missed. I sad all that to say if she damaged my hair in anyway I'm on it. Your hair is always beautiful. God bless you and your family.

Warm water shampoo every week and I use creme of nature shampoo and deep conditioner THE BEST for my hair and recently started using their leave in conditioner game changer I never used to use a leave in but ba by yessss my hair loves it... your hair grows SOOOOOOOO darn fast 🥰💃🏿

I section my hair into four or six sections & then wash each section at a time. People are like "doesn't that take way longer" & I'm like "no, surprisingly it saves time, effort & my hair front tangling & eventually being ripped out during the dreadful detangling process". I swear once I learned to section my hair while shampooing it made a world of a difference in detangling. I've made the mistake of not doing it once & I definitely regretted it too lol

Always love your videos. Same here, shampoo and deep condition every wash day otherwise there’d be no point. Shea Moisture products for me though. I tried Maui Moisture deep conditioners but my hair always felt dry afterwards.

Hey to be honest, I haven’t noticed a difference. Wash and go are known to give the worst single strand knots. I don’t wear my hair in a wash and go often. I usually wear twist outs. Sorry I couldn’t be much of help🙁

Hey I wouldn’t suggest doing so. Try to avoid the scalp. It’s okay if it gets on the scalp but make sure to rub your scalp when washing out the deep conditioner.
