Randy was jailed for 7 years in 2018 when the neighbors returned in OCRP. It’s almost been 5 years since that video. Insane to think that Randy would only be 2 1/2 years from getting out lol.

Court update. Jeff's character was eventually forced by a Los Santos court to sign a peace bond preventing him from being in contact with his neighbor for a period of 3 months. He was arrested for violating the bond 1 month into the 3 month period. He was forced to sell his home after he was signed to a new 12-month bond which forced him to stay 300 meters away from his neighbor at all times.
