testing my new torodial design transfomer ratio 32v primary 230v Secondary at full load got great efficiency near 90% at 4kw flat...Very low stby mode...Equal perfomance with normal High FREQ hybrid inverter....But LF Torodial more BULLET PROOF...not like High Freq inverter more to Fragile....everyone know it..hahaha

The home made isnt 90amp draw but 90.6. Just observing. Nice videos.

Very interesting results! Nearly same efficiency - unbelievable. Did you build your dunkin-donut yourself? Can you show the circuit for it? Would be interesting. Normally low-freq. inverters reach 85% efficieny, maybe up to 88%. Yours performs really great and even less stand-by consumption!

I must admit that a Very good quality high frequency have really better efficiency. But every type have specific use. The question is not low or hig frequency. Is China garbage or quality products

And cheap High frequency broke in 1 year id you use inductive loads at full power any time 😂😂😂

Great result. Interested to know if you drive all 4x mosfets in each leg of H-bridge from a single IR2110 output or is there other driver(s) between the EGS002 and the fets ? At 90% efficiency and 4kw input you are dissipating 400w so need a very large heatsink for continuous use - also, this equates to 25w per output fet so they will eventually get hot.

Most of the heat dissipation comes from the transformer. Only a small part comes from the mosfet.

У вас трансформатор по габаритам відповідає не більше 2квт, при 4 квт він перевантажений і гріється, тому і ККД такий низький.

what does the board with the mosfets do, I have an inverter like this and I was thinking of replacing the "control board" but dont know how I would do that is it even possible to order a new control board off of ali express and rebuild it in a new case, it has 2 giant toroids in it

What’s the gauge wire you use to for the 40 volt ac from the full bridge switching to transformer I see you 4 wire what gauge is it because I was thinking to use 12 gauge 2 together
