If I were you, I would hit up someone good at making USA Frames, John Corts for example. Do a run of FTL Frames made in the USA, Or go all in and do a batch of 50 frames with S&M or Standard (Under The FTL name with the head badge and everything). Yes it would cost an arm and a leg but it would be worth it 100 percent. Not only have you launched your frame company, its high quality made in the USA and limited so the price is justified... Idk that's just what I would do. Make my dream custom frame, but make a batch see how they do and take it from there.. Need a TM?

Here are my thoughts on the frame; TT and DT gussets are different from other brands like the ones mentioned here in the comments (cult, wtp, etc) The pinched TT on the ST welds can only be found on a FIT or S&M or Sunday frame, other frame build on other brands use the mitered cut on the TT. IC CS yoke looks different from a Federal or BSD and other brands. IC parts are expensive. Removable seat clamp is only done by S&M and WTP at the moment. given that it has an IC CS yoke, i'm guessing the frame is not american made. Now, in terms of the current teams of the brands mentioned, cult and volume are the main brands that also sponsor YT bmx riders. Based of that, the frame build doesnt look like any of the current frame build of the brands in the market. Currently listening to @Brant_Moore 's Huffy reentry podcast but i'm guessing huffy is still too new to sponsor a big KZbinr. With all that, i'm going out with a limb and say that the new frame is a new brand, maybe FTL, and as another commenter states, distributed by Merritt.
