I always think situations like this are crazy, and shows when management teams don’t use common sense, OP has been there for 4 years with no complaints but now they have a ton with this new downstairs neighborhood….like common sense is the new tenant is obviously just complaining to complain. I had a similar problem but they lived there first. They lived downstairs we lived above them. They complained we were making to much noise in the middle of the night. We were all asleep. This happened several times. Turns out i use to work was the tenant who lived there before me. Taked to her she said they did the same thing to her.

Recently, some dumb teens moved into the apartment on the other side of this 4 flex from me. He and his girl leave trash and dog poop all over the place outside. My property manager told ME that I would be fined for leaving trash outside. I told him he could fine me if he wanted to see a letter from my lawyer. I'm chilling now and we came to an agreement.

lol, I'd look into the manager cus that sus as hell they have no proof you have a dog and you told them you dont. so they said you or your boyfriend is pee off the balcony.😂 like if you can just make shit up say your neighbor is blasting music and there dog barks 24/7. oh and with your revage you should do it at 4am for a few days then change the time earlier then a week before you leave dont do it for like 4 days then hes think you stopped then do it at 2am then and the last week random times have a wheel with times on it😂
