White Colour needs extra care. Still As in New condition. Around 8 Month ho gye hai use to sit 8Hours average daily.

1) full effective.... I do use to sit around 8-10 daily. Atleast. My hright is 6.2 2) Only Suspension sometimes shift to lowest height by itself. 3) Color still as it is.

I recently ordered an Optima Black chair from them after going through the glorious reviews all over the internet. But the specifications of the chair were very different from what was told to me through email clarifications. Have written multiple emails on the subject with no response. They have no complaint redressal facility whatsoever be it calls or emails. They literally ghost the customers after scamming them. Pathetic and worst experience ever. ~16000 rupees down the drain, the chair is completely uselss. I will lodge a formal complaint with cunsumer court about this scam.
