Waiting for the final review, this one seems easier one the hands than “honcho” lol but I’m leaning honcho atm

Actually honcho is more comfortable imo lol

What do you guys think of the RGB30 so far? Any questions or concerns for the full review? Let me know!

Did you happen to figure out the bars on N64 emulation, whether it was a filter or just the system upscaling/downscaling since it's 720. Playing N64 on an actual CRT doesn't have those bars.

I’m trying to get my brother hooked up with one of these gameboy emulators and your videos have been very honest and helpful. However I did just notice your channel is NOT in fact called “The Potty Gamer” which is how I’ve been reading it for two days

Would also be accurate tbh

I ended up having to flash the previous build of JELOS to try and get Bluetooth working. Still can't seem to get a controller connected for HDMI out to a tv. Which, that's a whole other thing. I may end up having to have a boot SD for handheld and one for tv because all the suggested settings from retro game corps look great in hand but my tv has no idea what's going on when I do HDMI out because of all the little tweaks and just the 1:1 aspect ratio not translating clean to either 4:3 and 16:9. With work on JELOS stopped, I'm hoping the new OS coming out will be a little less buggy.

I might pick up honcho instead

What’s the car game you’re playing at 1:05?

Ah I can't remember. It's a PSP game that came on the system. It might have been Burnout Legends

Can you save gameplay and come back to them? No one ever discusses this in these review videos
@Portly9 ай бұрын
Sorry about that. I think it’s overlooked because it’s a standard feature among emulators but yes, you can save your games and come back to them. You can save in game and also use save states in the emulation software.

Hi do you know about any handhelds under 100 bucks that run NDS games
@Portly8 ай бұрын
This one does. So does the RG35XX H, RG35XX Plus, Trimui smart pro. Honestly if you just want DS your best bet is to get a used DS off eBay or something and an R4 card. DS is ironically the best emulator for DS games
@0ddude6248 ай бұрын
@@Portly Thanks I see I mostly want to play the Mario and Luigi games and pokemon that are on the NDS and GBA but also try some new (well old) games that I haven't played.

this or Anbernic RG35XX H?
@Portly9 ай бұрын
If you want a device that is just going to work better out of the box, and/or one that is more pocketable, the RG35XX H If you want a bit of a fixer upper with a higher resolution screen, the RGB30.
