Best thing I ever did when my daughter was little. Get primary color spray paint & cut a cardboard circle cut out. I made a twister game in the grass. Once it dried the spots never moved & the kids were able to play for a few weeks.

Your Grandma reminds me so much of my Great Grandma. I used to stay with her at her apartment in the Sr Home, and she would sleep in my room with me when she came to visit us. She lived to be 97, and got to see 3 of her great great grandchildren before she passed. Love the kitchens closed sign! One of your best tips ever.

I am happy I am not the only one who slept with a grandparent. My great-grandmother was my favorite person in the world. I slept with her every time I stayed the night. I would drift off to sleep listening to her pray, while on her knees. (She had a list, family, friends and even people she didn't like much) So many memories.

BREAD-MAKING HACK I have a jar of yeast, jar of sugar, jar of salt, jar of oil, and many zip lock bags pre measured with 3 cups of bread flour in one place with measuring spoons and cups. I write on each jar the amount needed of that ingredient for one loaf of bread. When I make bread in the bread machine, it literally takes me about 5 minutes.

Your children are so lucky to have three greats close enough to still be in their lives. I didn't have ant but my son got to be around one great gma for almost 10 years before she passed on. Many years ago, The Waltons was available on here. Each episode was split into 11 minute videos because yt had a time limit back then. I watched every episode and still consider that house to be my dream home.

It's so refreshing to see just real life happening! Too many vloggers polish things around them so much that it loses all life, and it's an unattainable standard. Your kids are busy and wonderful, your kitchen is full and productive, and as a mom you acknowledge that there are "grumpy voices" or runny noses unapologetically. I love that! Makes me remember that our busy, cluttered, loud homeschooling days are just how they're supposed to be. Thank you for encouraging us towards Godly motherhood/family life!

@@YeshuaKingMessiah spelt is less expensive than some of the others, and if you can’t get them....it’s a good option. It’s not just about “trendy”. Some of the non hybridized grains are much more labor intensive to produce. I don’t blame them for passing those costs onto the consumer. I’m happy to pay for the flavor and nutrition. Many people who can’t eat regular wheat do fine on those ancient grains.
