It's false to say that airex 50kg/m3 is waterproof, I've bought some 60kg, and it was not waterprof... It begins to be waterproof with the 80kg/m3, the C75

Nice! For sure you need to try at least three different productions of the same gear, to check for repeatability of the manual processes!

They are using mold, the only issue that could arise is lack of sanding of some sort for other part than the foil , it’s french so quality control should be good.
