I own one! Love it to death. PS2, GameCube and Android games plus more in one handheld? Perfect. I really enjoy playing Bully and Zenless Zone Zero on my RP4P.

i prefer a gaming phone and a telescopic controller, easy to replace controller, more pocketable if you separate them to each pocket

Rp4 doesn't perform as well as the rp5 by a lot. And it only performs a little bit better than the rg556 in actual game play. The price is great, tho for what you get. Also, they have the same ram and android version.

actually the performance difference between the RP4P and the RP5 isnt that big. the thing is that the RP5 has a snapdragon chip, which means you can use custom drivers

@paaaap4649 true but even without the drivers most of the emulators were design to run on sd chips so they just run better except for something like nethersx2 which never matured. GC/wii switch and Wii U all run better on the rp5 with and without custom drivers. Not to mention the rp5 is 1080p and can use the extra power were as the rp4 is 720p and doesn't need it as much. Love the vita content here tho.

When flooded with water, the main thing is to quickly disassemble and DISCONNECT THE BATTERY. And then remove the water with napkins, clean with alcohol, etc.

Another banger of video 🎉🎉💪 If anyone here thinks Retroid Pocket 5 has more performance than Retroid Pocket 4 pro. Then I hate to be the bearer of bad news but. *Retroid Pocket 5 and Retroid Pocket 4 pro has very same performance so on RP5 you can run Switch Emulation and CEMU Wii U Emulation slightly better than RP4 Pro* because of devs supporting snapdragon custom drivers more. But other than that i recently checked RP4 Pro videos it has now got Mali drivers support for Switch and Wii U Emulation. And PS2, GameCube, Wii, DreamCast, Saturn, PSP, both devices play these emulators way better so draw. If you want spend 250 pounds which is alot of money then you can buy RP5 but changes are incremental such as devices chipset is SD865, is same power as RP4 Pro dimensity 1100. No difference in power or performance. *Just nicer design with rear thumb rest and OLED screen that's it!* Not worth it Retroid Pocket 4 pro is really cheap on Aliexpress and is getting further discounted on prices for the r "Black Friday" just get yourself RP4 Pro there's no real reason to upgrade until *'Retroid Pocket 6 comes out'*

I think the RP4 Pro IS better than the 5, this christmas, I had to choose between the 4p and the 5, I went with the 5, but then I thought… that horrible glass front panel.. the oled burn in.. no ergonomics??? (RP4 Pro + Grip >>> RP5 in terms of comfortability) In the end, I went with the 4 Pro, and couldn’t be happier, can’t wait for christmas this year! Gonna play a lot of Kingdom hearts and the nobody may cry mod!

The difference is apparent to anyone who thinks about it. 720 p vs 1080 p native. Whit both CPU GPU being close to equal, what one do you think will play better. Don't hurt yourself thinking on this. I'll give you a hint. One has 1.1 million more pixels to render. Great device. Plays everything well. But they should have made it more balanced.
