THANK YOU so much for discussing how crystals heal the mental and emotional, not physical. I know I was so hesitant to get into healing crystals because I saw so many examples of people neglecting physical treatment in favor of crystal treatment and loosing their lives or the lives of others because of it. It wasn't until I found some people who really showed me how crystals are meant to work that I was able to begin practicing and its helped my life so so so much! The only time a stone can heal your physical health directly, is using larger stones to massage sore muscles. Aside from that, the benefit of crystals is to put yourself in a mindset that promotes healing. Anxiety is just our fight or flight response, which is responsible for things like elevated blood pressure, difficult breathing, and a lowered immune system. By calming that sympathetic nervous system, you begin moving back to a healthier mind.

Just from the energy that Im picking up from you Id say that Lapis Lazuli, kyanite, and sodalite would be great for you! where do you store crystals that maybe don't work with you? i live with other people so almost all of my crystals reside at my altar which is in my bedroom. i have many different crystals.
